Who we are

What this website collects

If you request a demo, we collect the details you enter (name, motel name, city, room count, phone or email, preferred time) and use them only to arrange and follow up on that demo. If you email us, we keep the message to answer you.

This site does not sell personal information, and it does not run advertising trackers or analytics.

What Innkeep the software holds

Motels using Innkeep store their own property's operational data — reservations, guest details provided at booking or check-in (including ID information scanned at the desk), payment records processed through the motel's processor, and the staff and paperwork records the motel creates. That data belongs to the motel.

Each motel's data is kept separate from every other motel's, and Innkeep does not pool identifiable data across properties.

Payments

Card payments in Innkeep are processed by Stripe today; FD Merchant Services will be offered as a choice when it is connected. Card numbers are handled by the processor — Innkeep does not store full card numbers.

Guest information

Guests with questions about information a motel holds about them should contact that motel first; we will support the motel in responding. Guests may also write to innkeepsupport@gmail.com.

How long we keep website enquiries

Demo requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, as part of your account record. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time at innkeepsupport@gmail.com.

Security

Innkeep data is backed up nightly, access is limited to the authorised users of each property (and Innkeep support, when a motel asks for help), and customers can export their property's records at any time.

Children

This website and service are for businesses and are not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
