Who will even tell you the price?
We went and looked at all of them on 2 August 2026, for a 22-room motel. Two of the five will not tell you what their software costs without a sales call.
Innsoft (Check-Inn)
A full price list, per room. At 22 rooms: front desk from $90/mo, pricing $105/mo, channel manager $150/mo, support $660/yr. Check-Inn itself is $899 one-time.
Little Hotelier
A calculator. At 22 rooms: $39/mo on the entry plan plus 1% of every booking, or $285/mo on the plans that include pricing.
Sirvoy
Plans from €11/mo to €41/mo, per room, no setup fee. One of the few who simply prints the number.
Cloudbeds
No price published. Four plans, every one of them a “Request a quote” button. Revenue management is a separate add-on.
RoomPriceGenie
No price published — “Contact Sales” on all three tiers. Needs a PMS underneath it, so it is always a second bill.
Innkeep
$129 a month, flat, whether you have fifteen rooms or sixty. It is on the pricing page, in the page title, and on this line. There is no quote to request.
