What the price does not include — said plainly
- Card processing fees. Your processor charges its own fees under its own terms. Innkeep adds nothing on top and takes no cut of your card payments — apart from the 5% on stays your own booking page sells.
- Your booking-site commissions. Booking.com and Expedia charge their usual commission on bookings they bring you. Innkeep does not change that — it removes the extra software bills around it.
- Sales tax on software, where it applies. Some states tax subscription software. Where yours does, it is added to the bill at the rate your state sets — Innkeep keeps none of it.
- 5% on your own booking page. Only on the stays it books, never on the tax.
That is the whole list. There is no setup fee, no training fee, no per-room fee and no charge for Bell, reports, backups or exports. If a cost exists, it is printed on this page.
Founding offer — the exact terms
- The first 20 motels to subscribe pay $119/month, locked for as long as the subscription stays continuous.
- In exchange, each founding motel gives one honest review when it is ready — good, bad or mixed, in its own words.
- The counter on this page shows the true number of founding spots remaining. When it reaches zero, the offer closes and is not reopened quietly.
- Founding motels get the same Innkeep as everyone else — same features, same flat-price promise afterwards.
