Guest texting
Text guests from inside Innkeep — arrival messages, questions, late-checkout offers — instead of a separate texting service.
Guest chat
A chat page your guests open from their check-in message. It answers the routine questions — wifi, checkout time, where the ice machine is — at any hour, and passes anything else to you.
Offline mode
Keep checking guests in if the internet drops, and sync when it returns.
