I'm Ravin Bhakta. My family runs a motel in California — the kind where the owner is also the front desk, the maintenance call and the night audit, sometimes on the same day.

We tried to buy software. The big systems wanted per-room pricing, contracts and a sales process longer than our driveway. The old desktop systems were priced like it was still 2005 and updated like it too. The simple ones were simple because they left out the parts a motel actually runs on — the audit, the housekeeping list, the paperwork in the drawer.

So I built Innkeep for our desk first. It checked in its first real guest at our motel, closed its first real night audit here, and priced its first real weekend here. It still does — every night. If something in Innkeep is awkward, I find out the way you would: standing at a desk, with a guest waiting.

That is the whole company. No sales team — if you book a demo, you talk to me. No support queue in another country — Bell answers inside the system, and I am behind it. One flat price, printed on the website, because that is how I would want to buy it.
